1. Artwork & Shipping

• All artworks are shipped in rolled form for safety. We do not ship framed artworks - unless stated otherwise. Customers must frame the artwork locally after delivery.

• We offer standard and expedited shipping. Delivery times vary by destination.

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment. Tracking details will be shared via email.

2. Delivery

• Customers must provide an accurate and complete delivery address. Sauméir is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to accept the delivery. We are not liable for loss or damage from unattended deliveries.

• For lost or delayed packages, customers may contact us and we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

3. Product Information

• Product descriptions, images, and prices may change without notice.

• While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content on the website is error-free or up-to-date.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of art, returns are not accepted unless the artwork is received in a damaged condition.

• Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

• Custom and commissioned artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Customer Information

• Users agree to provide accurate and current information when placing orders or creating an account.

6. Website Use

• You must not use our website in any way that may cause damage, impair performance, or affect availability or accessibility.
