1. Artwork & Shipping
All artworks are shipped in rolled form for safety. We do not ship framed artworks - unless stated otherwise. Customers must frame the artwork locally after delivery.
We offer standard and expedited shipping. Delivery times vary by destination.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment. Tracking details will be shared via email.
2. Delivery
Customers must provide an accurate and complete delivery address. Sauméir is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to accept the delivery. We are not liable for loss or damage from unattended deliveries.
For lost or delayed packages, customers may contact us and we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
3. Product Information
Product descriptions, images, and prices may change without notice.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content on the website is error-free or up-to-date.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of art, returns are not accepted unless the artwork is received in a damaged condition.
Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Custom and commissioned artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable.
