"With Approaching the Silent City, I wanted to evoke the feeling of a traveler stumbling upon an ancient, majestic sanctuary. The sharp, vertical spires and the blood-orange sun create a sense of timelessness and quiet awe. By framing the city with bold, fractured landscapes of olive and ochre, I aimed to capture the tension between the enduring strength of stone and the shifting nature of the ground beneath it. It is a visual exploration of our search for permanence in an ever-changing world."
